Organizations would really have no chance of succession if there is no proper way of governance within it. Basically, dealing with people who has their own set of opinions and point of view is difficult knowing how it can be a basic reason to form conflicts. Sometimes, it is only not about the way every member is treating each other but it is pretty important to have a good leader as well. Leaders are the one establishing the initial rules and regulation based on how the people around would prefer and want. Responsiveness is showing of interest in what the stakeholders has to offer and request. Leaders on an organization should train all their people to have the eagerness in responding appropriately. Basically, a stakeholder would appreciate it when the things they required are given and provided to them within the appropriate time manner.

Effectiveness and being efficient has this undeniable connection between them. Imagine if everyone shows the same enthusiasm and effectiveness. That will all be resulting to a great and huge amount of efficiency in the entire organization.

Accountability is something established as the principle and followed sincerely by a person individually. Every single person is accountable to their actions and so they need to be aware that there are laws and rules. Apparently, what they do would always be reflecting to that.

Equity as well as inclusiveness is the characteristic that will give opportunity for stakeholders to be able t o enhance and improve their well being. This also allows an equal capability to everyone in terms of their reason of staying. It commonly is a value that should be provided equally to all.

Last is the involvement wherein if a person feels included, they would gather the courage to get involve. And this of course is in good ways. This is to help achieve the aim and goal set as core of the organization to make it through.
