The management should make sure that the understanding gained from the process is used to gear up extended period preparation and guarantee that functional plans contribute to intended goals.

Good leadership is essential in any planning process. Consequently, having a team of leaders will help beat the internal obstructions that may exist between departments leading to the projects failure. Most organizations give the managing directors the mandate of leading such projects to ensure that they ran smoothly. However, a team of departmental heads may be chosen to oversee the whole process where the managing director is not given the directive.

Therefore the organization should ensure unceasing development to be a vital factor in additionally improving the process.
