Life Re Entry Support, How It Changes The Lives Of Many

Sometimes man is tempted to do bad things for the sake of themselves, or they are just forced to do it. During that moment they can no longer think about the consequences that comes next just as long as they will be satisfied with the outcome. Living in jail is not easy and so does when outside. The moment they step on the soil again, they are going to face lots of challenges too and it is definitely not easy. You have to be strong in order to past such challenges. Along the way, you will encounter things that you did not expect to happen.

For those who have not known yet, when an individual gets out of jails it does not stop that. The law would be tailing you until a certain period of time. This is their way of making sure that what you did will not be done again. Take note, your name has already a record with what happened, making it hard in applying for jobs.

This situation has already been thought by someone, how a person could suffer for the rest of her life for a thing that she did in the past which was already regretted. With that a group of good people thought of something, that is to put up a foundation that would help those women and their children who been incarcerated.

A woman named Susan Burton undergone the same situation. She was also once an incarcerated woman. When she got out of prison, she suffered greatly and so does her family. Knows how hard for a woman who was incarcerated in living her daily life. With that, Burton decided to build a foundation which would help those certain people.

She taught of those poor women out there who have been victimized into doing something evil and then left alone to deal with the world. For this lady, how could one suffer for a situation that was done in the past for the rest of life. The foundation helps those women who have been incarcerated that has children.

There is re entry support. Re entry support means they provide jobs. That would truly be a big help, not only are they given with a shelter, but with a job that can make their lives brighter. In a month or years time these women are then transformed into a better version of themselves. Something you can be proud of.

To have a bit of background with the organization, they started out in 1998. This was founded by the one and only Susan Burton. She was also a formerly incarcerated women who dealt the same hardship, which leads to the creation of the organization. Right now they have already helped the lives of over 220 women.

Aside from the job, a housing is also provided. Yes, you hear that right, these women are given a home they can call their own. Now, they will have a roof under their head. Worrying about getting kick out in the apartment is not a worry anymore. The program continues until the mother can stand on her own.
