Companies used to give more attention to the core activities and the contribution of the employees and their productivity from their skills. However, times have changed, and they have to pay a lot of attention on their health, work-life balance and happiness. This is because they have discovered that these elements contributes a lot to the productivity of the employee. Behavior assessments are undertaken from the entry point and in between, and these are the advantages that are realized from that.

More to just looking at the educational qualifications, the organization is able to know the employee better at hiring point. As time passes, individuals are able to master what they need to show the employer in interviews in terms of their skills and abilities. But the character of an individual still remains the same. Such a situation can be prevented when companies ad this evaluation to their education and work achievement. Moreover, this task is essential in bringing out essential qualities that can be used to better productivity.
